“CIVIL RIGHTS” are literally by definition “rights de jure” meaning rights, privileges, or benefits granted BY legislative or judicial decree, i.e. what government GIVES, government can TAKE away.
The Founding Generation, knew and understood this fundamental difference, hence why the Declaration of which is considered ORGANIC LAW of the U.S. Code proclaims Natural Rights come from nature, not government.
Therefore, the “Bill of Rights” are not government or CIVIL RIGHTS, they are inherent NATURAL RIGHTS, yours the moment you take your first breath. These rights existed prior to and will exisat after the U.S. Constitution.
Hence why this ruling is SO utterly draconian as it designs to take away (right to be free from unwarranted government search) that which it has absolutely no Dominion over.

If this clown of a sheriff tries this stunt anything that is found would be subject to a successful motion to suppress, and he would likely find himself the subject of a federal lawsuit for willful violation of civil rights. It is the law in most states that you cannot resist law enforcement with violence even if they are acting in an illegal fashion, but that has not opened the door to warrantless searches without probable cause.
The Newton County Sheriff should note that it is now possible, and could be helpful, if armed citizens blew the heads off of police offices attempting to enter their homes without a warrant.
