Obama Health Care Flow Chart: Do Not Pass Go, Do Not Collect $200

WASHINGTON D.C. – The “opposition” party in the House, i.e. the Republicans, have unveiled a flow chart illustrating the potential tangled bureaucratic red-tape mess that awaits Americans should President Obama’s plan to nationalize health care become law.
Quite frankly, anyone who supports such a system is nothing less than a thief. A thief too chicken-shit to steal directly from our family so thus they employ government thugs to conduct their thievery and call it “taxation”. Why should our family’s health be secondary to someone who chose to abuse drugs, alcohol, eat low quality fast food, not wear a seat-belt, smoke, ride a motorcycle without a helmet, or any of the utter litany of other personal decisions which have a specific effect on an individual’s health?
Are we supposed to feel guilty for any of the above who chose to make poor decisions related to their own health? Is our family somehow responsible for a complete stranger in some other state, county, town, etcetera who after eating a lifetime of fast food has developed diabetes and also needs Viagra to combat their erectile dysfunction?
Does our own children’s health care take a back seat to a the millions of high risk behavior young adults who end up mangled after some extreme sporting event?
Yet those who seek government health care keep whining, how dare we be so selfish as to desire to ensure the health of our our own family first. According to them we should remain quiet as these irresponsible, dependent, wards of the nanny state force their way into our private bank accounts with the help of pull peddling government bureaucrats.
If anyone is operating under the fantasy that a trip to the government health care clinic will somehow be fundamentally different from a trip to the Department of Motor vehicles or any other bloated alphabet soup bureaucracy, perhaps they should stop by a VA hospital or ask the veterans how great Uncle Sam is as “Doctor in Chief”.
Honestly, this really is not a difficult proposition to understand. Just ask yourself what happens when a radio station offers free gas giveaways or any other highly prized “freebie”. The result of course, lines around the block and many of those who were not in line first end up receiving no benefit at all, thus leaving them with a net loss in gasoline due to the time wasted idling.
The same rules of supply and demand apply to health care, which is thus why one result of government run health care are people waiting unacceptable times for time sensitive health services such as dentistry, cancer therapies, et al.
Moreover, please do not misconstrue my disdain for government managed health care as a philosophy of turning a blind eye to those in need. Once, when the economy was humming along, my income reflected such, and we had a sizable savings, our family helped several long time friends with rent, food, and basic necessities some for close to a year.
We enjoyed having the opportunity to help those who we personally knew and were invested in their well being. Additionally, it also made it possible for us to withdraw those resources when in one particular instance, our friend ended up squandering our help by refusing to look for a job and instead chose to endlessly play video games for close to seven months.
However, now things are different. Our life savings exhausted after needing to retain an attorney in order to secure justice from the courts during a three-year legal battle, and with a substantial reduction in my income from an overall decline in business at my employer, we now find ourselves the recipients of some charity from a close personal family friend who is not independently wealthy.
This is how we as Americans help each other. Americans are not stingy, we the People help one another, ’tis an example repeated continuously from one coast to the other. Family helping family, neighbors helping neighbors, friends helping friends, strangers helping strangers.
What we do not do is steal from each other, or ask government to do so for us, and pretend our needs somehow outweigh those of the other person or group, thereby justifying the theft.
Perhaps I am alone in my vision of America or the “more perfect Union”. Nevertheless the America to which my allegience lies is an America who does not torture, does not wage aggressive interventionist wars, spies on her own people, or pretends to redefine the word theft as health care.
Nor shall I ever claim citizenship to the Neo-America which attempts to justify the aforementioned. To that bastardized amalgamation, I shall forever remain a vocal enemy of the state.
Don’t tread on us.

You have no idea what you are talking about. The people that Obama and other Democrats are talking about helping are not people who just made bad decisions about their health. We are talking about good hard working tax paying citizens who can’t get affordable healthcare nor recieve the benefits they are paying for or get kicked off because their health is less important than profits. I am not a coward nor a thief. The insurance companies are the thiefs. They are kicking people out of service while making huge profits. You really should get all the facts about something before you opin about it. I mean really this is about all Americans. I want the government to step in to protect my interests and your familes as well as all families in America. The insurance companies do not care about us or our health. We need the govenment to step in and regulate. What has the current healthcare system got us so far? What has the Conservative way gotten us these past 8 years? Deeper and deeper in the hole. They want to see us sick and ill so they can make more MONEY. I am so sick of greedy bastards running this country. If you had done your homework then you would know that the plan is to lower costs for all and add in competition. Isn’t that good for the market? Just because the competition is the govenment doesn’t mean it is bad. The govenment isn’t going to take over all the hosptials and clinics, the Public Option is just that an option for the public to get their insurance through a govenment plan. It is your choice, keep what you have or buy into the govenment plan. I have no patiences for people who don’t see the greater good. If we don’t take care our society, we are going to leave a horrible future to our children. You have every right to put your family first. Everyone does. But if we continue to only care about ourselves then we will be failing our children when they are our age.

Wow…..this is a Serious Writing about Serious Times. Where were all you libertarians when GWB was trashing our civil liberties and forcing PATRIOT II down our throats? I want a measly government social program that FOR ONCE doesn’t involve the nuking of several ethnicities and suddenly I’m the jerk. That’s lovely. If you’re not insured & you agree with this article, you’re a fool for your principles. If you are insured & you agree, I simply suggest that you read your contract with your provider very closely because chances are you only THINK you are insured. Bottom line: the rationale for the provision of healthcare in the country utterly sucks in the most soulless possible way; I have years of frustrating personal experience with it (pre-existing condition that I was born with, yay!) and if you have a better idea than what is currently on offer, then put up or shut up.

jason. there have been a ton of folks speaking out, including many libertarians, for years. the question is why weren’t more people paying attention?
the only reason so much of this is happening now is because people have their backs to the wall and they are being taken advantage of.
if you want to protect peoples rights than you should allow people like me to opt out of your political programs. but then you’d be in favor of the free market. and you won’t allow that will you? that wouldn’t serve your political agenda.

Anna Jones above comments should get real, if she thinks the government has her best interest at heart. If the insurance company will not insure you, under this plan, a comittee will determine if it is cheaper to keep providing care or offer assisted Suicide. The state of OR already has a single payer system, and that’s what happened to a relative who had cancer. They offered to pay for an assisted Suicide. Is that what you want? Get real, their is no free lunch and it will bankrupt the country.

Thanks Ray my friend, this is very encouraging. I divorced this government long ago because the people and its government are supposed to be one.

Our country is in gridlock now because of this bi-partisan baloney, and this wishy washy foundation created by propaganda and lies to divide us. If we do not stand now, the men who have given their lives for the American principal will have died in vain. Jesus is going to require men to get on one side or the other, and that will solidify those who are evil and those who are good. There was no spirit of evil in the beginning. It grew in to humanity because of human ignorance and arrogance. So be it.
Maybe our young folks have some sense after all. Since they are the ones that are going to have to pay for the Obama-nation, it would be wise to give it some “bi-partisan” thought and maybe look at both sides of the coin for a change. That is called reasoning and critical thinking.
And I would like to speak directly to John Wall and I hope this letter gets back to him:
Good for you young John Wall.
John, remember that the “Lion” is survival or self existance, the “Lamb” is sacrifice for everyone’s existance, and the “hand of a child” is purity and truth without human nature bias and influence, or in other words innocence or (wisdom). It is the spirit of truth with good will and good concepts for all men’s succesful evolution, and human nature ruled by love for all rather than selfishness for one group or another.
It is the true definition of Jesus with all three conditions in one being. This has to happen in the world with every man before there will be peace, but we must be guided by a wisdom greater than man. Those who promise you peace are liars until this prophecy is fulfilled. Ignorance will cry for peace and there will be no peace for them. But you can have peace of mind by knowing you are doing the right thing or following the right path. That isn’t trial and error, for trial and error is the way animals learn. Peace of mind is the result of knowing (faith) you are doing the right thing. But they (confusion) will perpetuate their corruption on the world and we will all have to suffer for them. Jesus did not intend to be honored by government mandate. He did not force principals upon those he taught. He put that rsponsibility upon individual choice and the responsibility of each person to do right. He did it with powerful teaching. That is the correct way, and we have failed in some areas of our culture to do this. We are creating a patasitic culture, dependant on everything but the truth and justifying our evil.
It is encouraging to see a potential lawyer with his country and all of its people in mind for what is right, not what is expedient for those who gain for themselves, abandon their fellow man, country, and God in the process. Each individual chooses which side he is going to be on. The lines are drawn now unless the self servers change their minds.
Don’t let the current system and the other lawyers corrupt you, and remember that fairness and justice are spiritual characteristics, not human nature characteristics or worldly ones. If we do not care about justice, we will not have it. We reap what we sow. Careless attitudes create careless laws.
Remember too that Liberalism creates chaos which is pretty obvious. Conservatism creates order and self discipline, and the only way we will ever have peace. Self indulgence, or “if it feels good do it” phylosophy is turning this country into socialists and communists and destroying the great principals this country was founded on. This is the result of the hippy generation coming to power and using governmental powers to get their way to get charity by force. And they boast about changing the world, but we can see readily that because of their influence our country is involved in every dispicable temptation without restraint. In their ignorance they are destroying it with their so-called acedemic, intellectual, experts.
Jesus was the very first American, or the freedom to “choose the path we are to take” and by that choice, God will judge us, not government, but if we do not govern ourselves, we will be governed (tyranny) to keep order. He had the spirit to stand on what he knew was right and not bend at the risk of his own life. America and Americans have repeated this throughout America’s history, and given much blood not just for ourselves, but for others wishing freedom and honoring this prophetic statement……..choose.
Freedom requires self discipline and self governing. Liberals don’t understand this. This (blood) is what it takes to maintain it if we do not honor it, when those who don’t understand opress us. And we True Americans are an extension of Him. Don’t ever forget that.
We only fight when we are attacked, molested, or opressed. And we fight with our toungues until we are forced to fight with weapons. We are sorely opressed by government now, and are in the exact conditions as the days that Jesus walked. That is our history regardless of what the Liberals want you to believe. Politicians are the ones that hold the rains and should go by this creed, and if they don’t, they should be impeached, thrown out of power and possibly jailed.
I have lived in a time when people didn’t mess with America because they upheld this creed. Fear is the beginning of love according to the scriptures. If we do it right, that fear gets replaced with respect, and then love for those who have reguard for the laws of cause and effect, God’s laws.
It is not justice when one is out to serve himself with manipulation of the supreme laws of this land, ordained by God. This Constitution was forged from the ashes of tyranny. They knew what they were doing. They lived it.
Remember that prosperity tends to open the doors of frivilous thinking but self survival (the lion) brings us back to reality, and if that is what it takes, so be it. It will be spiritual ignorance that puts us all in danger, for human nature without the spirit of God is just animalism and lawlessness. That spirit must go back to that black abyss which it crawled out of, either by force, or by personal choice. The truth comes like a theif in the night and will reveal these truths.
Don’t forget to uphold the Constitution, as it is the supreme law of the land, constructed by the will of God, by which all other laws in this land should be regulated. They are the same princials that Jesus taught, individual responsibility and the freedom that intails self government, not Jesus principals by government mandate. But He said “and in thse days, they will think they are doing good”.
Those who violate their oath of office (uphold and defend the Constitution) are liars and are criminals and should be prosecuted, but instead, those who would uphold the Constitution are put in jail for man’s laws.
You would be wise to work toward the making of laws that would put the politicians on equal footing with the people and prosecute them if they pass laws “too grievous to bear”. They seem to put themselves far above the laws of this land.
If you work to see that criminals get prosecuted rather than innocent people, you will be my hero. Jesus will recognize that spirit that put him on the cross, so think carefully. Jesus was an advocate of freedom.
One who is willing to persecute innocence (responsible, therefore harmless, gun owners as one main example) and set the criminals free are the same spirit and mob or common evil that put my Lord on the cross, so seek the truth always, don’t lean to your own opinions, and you will have a good relationship with the most beautiful man and spirit that ever walked the face of the earth, Jesus Christ. He will teach you what is right and just.
If you have the courage to speak the truth, you will have to endure the ignorance and violance of the people without a God, but if you endure and overcome, and have courage, Jesus will raise you up.
So, John Wall, I wish you luck and God speed. Maybe this letter will get back to you to thank you for your courage. I stand with you along with my other American friends and Patriots. I sincerely hope you can have great influence over your young friends…….. and enemies.
Don’t give up, and don’t forget to honor the wisdom of your forefathers and founders. Never follow the doctrine of self indulgence (Liberalism, progressivness, or arrogant acedemics). There are no experts in the world. The only expert is God and the Holy Spirit, the only teachers you can trust.
We do not evolve by passing more laws. We evolve by honoring the ones we have. Only two according to Jesus. Doing both will solve any problem we have. These two laws require a search for what is right and that in turn is love. Having to stack law upon law is not a good report, for if we are not going to obey the first laws of life, why would we obey any of the others?
There is no love in one who does not consider what he is doing to the generations after him.

Dear American liberals, leftists, social progressives, socialists, Marxists and Obama supporters, et al:
We have stuck together since the late 1950′s, but the whole of this latest election process has made me realize that I want a divorce. I know we tolerated each other for many years for the sake of future generations, but sadly, this relationship has run its course. Our two ideological sides of America cannot and will not ever agree on what is right so let’s just end it on friendly terms. We can smile and chalk it up to irreconcilable differences and go our own way.
Here is a model separation agreement:
Our two groups can equitably divide up the country by landmass each taking a portion. That will be the difficult part, but I am sure our two sides can come to a friendly agreement. After that, it should be relatively easy! Our respective representatives can effortlessly divide other assets since both sides have such distinct and disparate tastes.
We don’t like redistributive taxes so you can keep them. You are welcome to the liberal judges and the ACLU. Since you hate guns and war, we’ll take our firearms, the cops, the NRA and the military. You can keep Oprah, Michael Moore and Rosie O’Donnell (You are, however, responsible for finding a bio-diesel vehicle big enough to move all three of them).
We’ll keep the capitalism, greedy corporations, pharmaceutical companies, Wal-Mart and Wall Street. We’ll keep the hot Alaskan hockey moms, greedy CEO’s and rednecks. We’ll keep the Bibles and give you NBC and Hollywood . You can have your beloved homeless, homeboys, hippies and illegal aliens.
We’ll retain the right to invade and hammer places that threaten us. You can make nice with Iran and Palestine and you can have the peaceniks and war protesters. When our allies or our way of life are under assault, we’ll provide the necessary security.
