NEW YORK, NEW YORK – Representative Barney Frank (D-MA) stormed out of an interview with Mark Haines this morning on CNBC’s “Squawk on the Street”. Representative Frank, grew frustrated with the line of questioning over the government’s move to regulate private executive pay.
