NEW YORK, NEW YORK – During an interview this morning on the CNBC program “Squawk Box”, Mr. Jim Grant, editor of “Grant’s Interest Rate Observer” indicated that if the FEDERAL RESERVE was audited, it would be found insolvent and shut down.
