smargus_green_gadsdenPenn Jillette on half of Penn and Teller sat down with Fox News’ Glenn Beck Thursday evening, March 18th, 2009 to discuss the absolutely ludicrous associations contained within the Missouri Information Analysis Center report on the Modern Militia Movement. As originally editorialized by Allison Bricker earlier in the week, the report attempts to advise law enforcement officers that support for former Presidential candidate Ron Paul could be an indication that the individual is a domestic homegrown radical.

Actually Penn Gillette needs to study more about Tim McVeigh. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Timothy_McVeigh

McVeigh was “out” as an anti-government protester. He wrote newspapers with his libertarian and anti-tax views, he called for revolution…and he supported Libertarian candidates. In fact, the profiling is based upon terrorists like McVeigh. It is a profile of DOMESTIC terrorists, and is not intended to profile “foreign terrorists”.

Admittedly not every Libertarian or Third Party supporter will become a dangerous violent idealogue. Only a handful will be in their ranks, perhaps one in several hundred. But that adds up to lots of incidents.
